We provide both training and consulting services.

Our training programs, which have more than 12,000 graduates, are focused on improving the Making it Happen skillset which includes project management and performance management. Our core project management training program is offered regularly as a public workshop; the majority of our training sessions are delivered on an in-house basis.

Our training has been developed to provide a very hands-on, practical approach to managing projects. The end result is that participants leave with information and tools that they can begin to apply on the job immediately. This approach has evolved because we have been (and continue to be) project management practitioners as well as educators.

We are a Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and participants who are working toward their Project Management Professional (PMP designation) receive educational credits.
