Project Planning Tools
 |
The MNP Consulting Project Planning Tools represents a significant breakthrough in simplifying the project planning process. All too often, project teams find themselves without access to the necessary graphical tools when it comes time to figure out the implementation. This can lead to poor communication of key details and to unstructured plans.
|
The Project Planning Tools allow a team to get everyone’s ideas quickly assembled into a plan and then turn its focus to making the desired implementation happen.
The Project Planning Tools include:
- A 3.5ft (1.03m) wide by 8.5ft (2.55m) long Project Planning Board. The board is erasable, adheres to any suitable wall, and rolls up for easy transportation.
- 500 Project Stickers
- Erasable markers
- Carrying case/shipping container
The project stickers are used to represent tasks, and the markers and eraser allow team members to quickly identify relationships and links. The size of the board allows the entire team to become involved in the planning decisions, and to develop buy-in to the final result. Its portability mean that planning sessions can take place anywhere
The Planning Kit is designed to support MNP Consulting’s unique Objective Driven Logic (ODL) and dependency charting processes, but will support all forms of graphical planning.
