Biography:

Yvette Battistolo, BHRD CHRP, CPP is a Practice Leader in MNP’s Organization and People group. Working out of the Regina office, Yvette delivers strong advice and innovative solutions to clients who need assistance with compensation, training and development, organizational review and design, career transition and executive search.

Working closely with her clients, Yvette ensures that structures and human resource systems support an effective and engaged workforce while meeting strategic objectives. She serves a range of industries in the public, private and non-profit sectors, including organizations in financial services and gaming as well as municipalities and First Nations.

Prior to joining MNP, Yvette held various positions in financial services with two large corporations. This experience combined with her ability to build positive relationships, effectively lead teams and successfully manage projects makes her a valuable asset.

Yvette is a designated Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CPP). Committed to her profession, she has volunteered with the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations and has held leadership positions with the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Associations, the Canadian Progress Club and the Saskatchewan Training and Development Association.
